May Water/Sewer Bills

Due to postal issues, the Village of Bartlett May water/sewer bills were not delivered to many residential customers. As a result, LATE FEES WILL NOT BE APPLIED to the May bills. You can WAIT AND PAY your May balance without penalty when it is brought forward on your June bill. All balances paid before June 21 will not be assessed a late fee.

If you didn’t receive your May bill, you can call for your bill information or a copy of your bill at 630-837-0800 or you can use the Frequently Asked Questions page on the Village website. On this page, type in "Water Bill - Question" where it says "Click here to search by key words."

A reminder -- water/sewer rates did increase starting with the May 1 bills. Information on the new rates was published in the April/May Bartletter and can be found on the Village website under Residents – Water & Sewer Services.
