BID TABULATIONS - 2018 Concrete Replacement Project
NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
Notice is hereby given that The Village of Bartlett, Cook, DuPage and Kane Counties, IL. Will receive sealed bids at the main office of the Village of Bartlett, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett, IL. 60103, until 10:10 A.M. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be acted upon at such time and place as can be scheduled for Board action.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The proposed improvement is officially known as the ″2018 CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM” and the work shall consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 7,200 sq. ft. of sidewalk, 500 sq. ft. of PCC driveway, and 150 ft. of curb and gutter, and parkway restoration. All at various locations within the Village of Bartlett.
INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS:
Prospective bidders need not be IDOT pre-qualified and may obtain plans and specifications for their use and submission from the Village of Bartlett website or in person at the Village Hall Main Office at 228 Main Street, Bartlett IL. 60103. The Village Hall is open Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday 9:00am to 12:00 pm, no fee is required. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price.
The proposals must be returned to the Village Hall 228 S. Main St. where the bids shall be read aloud on the date as noted above.
The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.
